Farid Sabitov is a DesignOps Enthusiast with 10+ years in Tech and Experience Design. Throughout his career, he has launched and contributed to the growth of products in different domains that varied in size and scale: from startups to large enterprises, from local to global products. Now he works with enterprise companies from Fortune 500 in EPAM — his main focus is growing the DesignOps competency within the organization and across EPAM's design discipline.
Jose Coronado

Jose Coronado

Jose Coronado is an Executive Director and Head of Design Operations at JP Morgan. He helps UX teams amplify their impact and companies maximize the business value of investing in design. As a design executive and management consultant, his work includes projects with organizations like McKinsey, Accenture, Aquent, Bain Capital and AIG among others. Jose's career includes leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies like ADP, Oracle and AT&T. He is the managing editor of Design Impact, a digital publication where he shares leadership lessons from emerging and established design leaders around the world.
Patrizia Bertini

Patrizia Bertini

Patrizia Bertini is a DesignOps leader and consultant that has set up and led both design and research ops teams for global brands, such as Intuit and Babylon. She has developed her approach to Design and DesignOps through 20+ years of international experience in usability, accessibility, design management, and user research both in house and in consultancies. With a background in academic and industrial research leading international teams, Patrizia has been known for her pioneering work in web accessibility, design facilitation with LEGO Serious Play, and co-creation.
Karolina Boremalm

Karolina Boremalm

Karolina Boremalm has set up and is leading the Digital Experience design operations team at IKEA Retail, Ingka Group. The team consisting of 32 exceptionally talented individuals is working across Design Operations, Research Operations and Skapa, IKEA Digital Design system. With 20+ years of experience - across a variety of international companies within IT, fintech and retail - Karolina is a true believer that anything can be achieved as long as you are engaged, inspired and willing to learn from your mistakes.
Andy Evans

Andy Evans

Andy is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Supernova. Andy has spent his career in product - from leading the customer experience at CareerBuilder.com as a founding team member through IPO, to training global enterprises like Unilever, Philips and Friesland Campina to think like startups when developing new products - both digital and physical. He's seen what works - and doesn't work - when searching for product-market fit in enterprises large and small, across many industries - which he brings to his role at Supernova.
