Jose Coronado is an Executive Director and Head of Design Operations at JP Morgan. He helps UX teams amplify their impact and companies maximize the business value of investing in design.
As a design executive and management consultant, his work includes projects with organizations like McKinsey, Accenture, Aquent, Bain Capital and AIG among others. Jose’s career includes leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies like ADP, Oracle and AT&T. He is the managing editor of Design Impact, a digital publication where he shares leadership lessons from emerging and established design leaders around the world.
Patrizia Bertini is a DesignOps leader and consultant that has set up and led both design and research ops teams for global brands, such as Intuit and Babylon.
She has developed her approach to Design and DesignOps through 20+ years of international experience in usability, accessibility, design management, and user research both in house and in consultancies.
With a background in academic and industrial research leading international teams, Patrizia has been known for her pioneering work in web accessibility, design facilitation with LEGO Serious Play, and co-creation.
Karolina Boremalm has set up and is leading the Digital Experience design operations team at IKEA Retail, Ingka Group. The team consisting of 32 exceptionally talented individuals is working across Design Operations, Research Operations and Skapa, IKEA Digital Design system.
With 20+ years of experience - across a variety of international companies within IT, fintech and retail - Karolina is a true believer that anything can be achieved as long as you are engaged, inspired and willing to learn from your mistakes.
