Lee Wells has been in and around Humana Factors, User Experience, Interaction Design, and Design Standards for 16 years. He is passionate about process, reusability, and design systems. Lee’s current position as Associate Director of Enterprise Design Standards at Humana has allowed him to utilize his experiences to create and maintain an enterprise-level Design Language System.
